Delete Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go. To delete your Speak City account and all associated data, you have two options:

From the app

1. Open the Speak City app on your iPhone.
2. Tap Settings on the home screen.
3. Tap Account.
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account. Confirm when prompted.

By email

If you no longer have access to the app, email privacy@mertelapps.com from the address associated with your account and we’ll process the deletion within 7 days.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We delete your profile, learner itinerary, conversation history and scores. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for service-improvement purposes (see our Privacy Policy).
